Pastor’s Bio

Pastor Reginald Perry is a native of Chicago, Illinois.

Pastor Perry has been in ministry for over 31 years and has served over 9 years as the Founding Pastor of Victorious Believers Ministries in St. Croix, Virgin Islands; the ministry has grown into a leading entity in the Caribbean. Through his leadership new ministries have been started reaching inwardly and outwardly to the community in which it serves.

With his vision and tenacity, the work accomplished by this ministry is highly recognized and valued throughout the island. Pastor Perry has developed a zeal for excellence in ministry, where it has opened many doors and many destined opportunities for this valiant leader.

Pastor Perry is known for his charismatic preaching and teaching ability, which has enabled him to minister to many denominations throughout the Caribbean, United States, Canada, Europe and Africa

Pastor Perry is married to Lady Jenny Martinez Perry, who is not only his wife, but also his friend and confidante.  They are the proud parents of Henry, Rhea and Jessica.
